What is your refund policy?
Because of the custom nature of this work, refunds are only issued under highly specific circumstances and will cover a maximum of 50% of the project total (excluding taxes).
How much time does a project require?
Standard turnaround time is within 7 days. For larger bulk orders, a custom timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before we begin.
How can I get started with a project?
Ready to roll? Just open a commission ticket in my Discord server, and we’ll get straight to work.
Can prices be negotiated?
Of course, prices can be adjusted based on how difficult the task is.
Which payment methods are accepted by you?
I only accept USD as a payment method at the time, Payments are made through PayPal.
When is payment due?
To secure your spot in my queue and begin production, a standard 50% upfront deposit is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion. All payments are processed securely via PayPal in USD.
Do I receive the PSD file with the finished product?
Source files (.PSD) are not included in the standard delivery. However, full source files can be purchased for an additional fee equal to 200% of the base asset cost.
How many revisions do I get?
I want you to love the final result. Every asset includes up to 3 minor revisions. Major redesigns or additional tweaks beyond the limit will incur a small extra fee.
